The Resurrection Garden, a Center of Spirituality in Nairobi, Kenya, brought together on Friday, August 23rd 2024, families, friends, seminarians, priests and religious from various congregations for the ordination of seven new Deacons and a new Priest, Titus Gichohi, a Consolata missionary.

The Consolata missionaries ordained deacons were: Antonio Isolindo, Samuel Kangiri Mwangi, Bene Baskalis Nebiyu, Joseph Bakabo Kpudu and Bernard Malich Okelo. Two other seminarians from the Redemptorist Congregation were also ordained deacons: Pius Juma Owino and Fredrick Omondi.
The celebration was presided over by the new bishop Coadjutor of the diocese of Isiolo, Monsignor Peter Makau, IMC, and were the first ordinations ministered by him since he was consecrated bishop on July 27th 2024.
