The Office of Ongoing Formation of the Consolata Missionary Institute has organized in the month of September 2024, from 2 to 17, the first of two ongoing formation courses for formators of the novitiate, theology and specialization. The second course is scheduled for September 2028.

The activity involved 13 formators from Africa, America and Europe. The Communications Office collected the testimonies of those who attended the course representing their respective formation communities, who highlighted the importance of the course and also left a message on the occasion of the canonization of Saint Joseph Allamano.
The first testimony comes from Father Nicholas Odhiambo Omondi, IMC, a Kenyan and rector of the international seminary of Bravetta in Rome, a community of 28 students of 11 nationalities, with a team of 4 formators.
