Le cours s&rsquo;est d\u00e9roul\u00e9 \u00e0 la Maison G\u00e9n\u00e9rale de Rome, du 2 au 17 septembre.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p><em><strong>Par Josephat Mwanake *<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le partage a mis en \u00e9vidence les aspects positifs et les domaines probl\u00e9matiques concernant la personnalit\u00e9 des \u00e9tudiants qui arrivent dans nos centres avec tout le bagage de tant de points positifs mais aussi des situations \u00e0 racheter propres \u00e0 ces temps, les m\u00e9thodes de formation \u00e0 renouveler, le r\u00f4le et la pr\u00e9paration des formateurs pour lesquels la seule bonne volont\u00e9 ne suffit plus pour \u00eatre de sages accompagnateurs de ces g\u00e9n\u00e9rations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"576\" src=\"https:\/\/consolataafrica.org\/fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/09\/20240805Methode-1024x576.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-664\" srcset=\"https:\/\/consolataafrica.org\/fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/09\/20240805Methode-1024x576.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/consolataafrica.org\/fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/09\/20240805Methode-300x169.jpg 300w, https:\/\/consolataafrica.org\/fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/09\/20240805Methode-768x432.jpg 768w, https:\/\/consolataafrica.org\/fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/09\/20240805Methode.jpg 1230w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Ils ont \u00e9t\u00e9 aid\u00e9s dans ce processus d&rsquo;analyse et d&rsquo;interpr\u00e9tation par le P\u00e8re M\u00e9thode Gahungu, pr\u00eatre dioc\u00e9sain d&rsquo;origine burundaise, ayant fait des \u00e9tudes en Sciences de l&rsquo;\u00c9ducation jusqu&rsquo;au doctorat (1998) \u00e0 l&rsquo;Universit\u00e9 Pontificale Sal\u00e9sienne de Rome, o\u00f9 il est actuellement membre de l&rsquo;Institut de P\u00e9dagogie Vocationnelle dont il est le directeur.
