The second course is scheduled for September 2028.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>By Jaime C. Patias *<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The activity involved 13 formators from Africa, America and Europe.
